Article summary
IQ Fiber’s July 2025 announcement described the start of residential and small-business service in Savannah, with additional addresses expected as network deployment continued. The company also identified its local sales, engineering and technical operations center. This entry records the announced milestone rather than claiming a newly awarded construction package.
Industry relevance
Our assessment: the announcement offers useful context for Georgia’s fiber market and the distinction between a service opening and an entire network build. Current construction progress, open work packages and vendor onboarding must be checked separately. This is an earlier announcement, not a new invitation to bid.
